OVERSIZE/ OVERWEIGHT PERMITS
We can obtain oversize and/ or overweight permits for any state and some providences of Canada. These are needed when you're wider than 8'6, generally higher than 13'6, and longer than 75' (not all states). Legal weight for most states is 80,000 lbs, but not all. Self propelled vehicles have different rules. Call us today if you're not sure what you need, we're happy to help!
TEMPORARY TRIP & FUEL PERMITS
We offer temporary trip and fuel permits for any state and some providences of Canada. These are needed when you're not properly registered with IRP and IFTA.
SUPERLOAD PERMITS
Superload permits for any state and some providences of Canda are part of our service. These are needed when your load is higher, wider, and/ or heavier than what the states' rules allow for a general oversize/ overweight permit. If you're not sure what permit you need, give us a call!
ANNUAL PERMITS
Annual permits that will give more flexibility in your routes and are typically faster to issue than single trip oversize/ overweight permits.
HOLIDAY CLOSING SHEETS
We provide holiday closing sheets for every major and minor holiday, which lets you know when each state is going to be closed and when we can obtain a self-issue permit.
SELF PROPELLED VEHICLES
Self propelled vehicles usually have a different set of rules, legal dimensions, and legal weights than other vehicles.
Below are our permit order forms for your convenience. The forms can be filled in on the computer or printed and filled out by hand. Please use these forms to help you when you call to order with us or fax the filled-in forms to us to order your permits.
Below is a detailed list of which states allow permits to be on mobile devices and which states require a paper copy.
